Using the service

• You may use Clicker Gaming for lawful personal entertainment and ordinary browsing.
• You must not attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass protections, scrape unlawfully, introduce malicious code, or seek unauthorized access.
• You must not use the service in a way that violates law or the rights, safety, or privacy of another person.
• If you are not old enough to agree to online terms where you live, use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

Comments and other submissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Clicker Gaming a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and moderate that content for operating and promoting the service.

• Do not submit illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, private, or malicious content.
• We may hide or remove submissions and restrict participation when reasonably needed for moderation, safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it.

Games, links, and third-party services

Some games, advertisements, media, and links come from independent third parties. Their availability, content, data practices, and terms are controlled by those providers. Clicker Gaming does not endorse every third-party statement and is not responsible for a third-party service beyond what applicable law requires.

Intellectual property

The Clicker Gaming site design, original text, organization, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game names, artwork, trademarks, and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners. Contact us if you believe material on the site infringes your rights.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee that every game will remain available, work on every device, be error-free, or be suitable for every user.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tom Mcfly and Clicker Gaming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of the service or a third-party game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension, changes, and general terms

• We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, or a material breach of these terms.
• We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
• If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
