WarStrike — Controls and playing guide

What you do

Follow campaign objectives in an FPS with weapon switching, grenades, and recovery items. Progress depends on completing the current mission as well as winning firefights.

Controls

WASD to move; mouse to aim/fire; R to reload; C to crouch; G for grenade; H for medkit.

A useful first decision

Read the objective before moving into a fight. Keep a recovery item for the next exposed crossing rather than waiting until you have no safe position.

Crouching and sprinting mechanics work flawlessly. The Left Shift sprint feels responsive, and C key for crouch is intuitive.

The content advisory is no joke—intense violence and strong language throughout. Adds realism but not for the faint-hearted.

Weapon selection with 1-2 keys is quick, but I wish there were more slots. Still, it forces you to strategize your loadout.
